I went in for an laryngoscopy due to loss of voice, expected it was caused by sinus's continually draining down my throat. Un-expectedly found a couple of polyps on my vocal chords. They could be malignant and require surgery but Mr Chandrappa was excellent and reassuring which massively helped. Mr C was well mannered and extremely professional.

Mr Chandrappa recognised I had waited a long time for this referral. He listened to what I had to say and explained what was wrong - writing it down for me as it was an unusual part of my nose. He answered all of my questions and adjusted my medication for a better method of reaching this. He was very polite and helpful during the consultation.
